Impact

Transparency & Accountability

Tennessee’s primary elections determine 95% of our state’s lawmakers, yet only 14% of voters participate in them. The Best of Tennessee Inc., a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, exists to help change that.

Our work is focused on civic engagement and voter mobilization because we believe Tennesseans deserve a government that reflects their priorities and the communities it serves.

Our spending reflects a deliberate strategy: build the infrastructure necessary to identify and engage voters who regularly participate in general elections but are often absent from primary elections.

We are committed to transparency in how we operate and believe accountability is demonstrated through action. We encourage you to review how we are using our resources and advancing our mission.
